Kevin Rath

Kevin is a leader who has spent his career firmly entrenched in the field of social services.

As the former Founder and Executive Director of Manos Home Care, he ran an employee-owned company with 2,100 direct care staff providing respite and personal assistance to over 2,000 people with disabilities throughout California. Digital innovation has always been, a significant area of focus for Kevin, shown by Manos’s thirty-year history of internal software development for its operations. Kevin launched Tempo because of his belief in the ability to improve the life outcomes of people with IDD through web-based service outcome measures. His mission is to transform the disability services system towards an outcome-based system, and further towards a culture of care and empathy. Kevin has BS in Philosophy and a Master’s in Theology.

Lauren Rath

Lauren has more than 10 years’ experience holding leadership roles in companies serving people with disabilities. 

Most recently, Lauren served as Chief Financial Officer of Manos Home Care, a company serving 2,100 people with disabilities. In this role she was responsible for the financial operations of the company, designing and managing the development of custom accounting software, rolling out new accounting service lines, and building financial models used by trade associations for advocacy. Lauren has a BS in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis in Computer Science.

Larry Gray

Larry has an extensive background in health care and social services, technology, financial services, and learning applications.

After holding leadership positions in hospitals and medical centers, Larry became the CEO of three successful start-up companies. Larry has consulted with national organizations to position companies strategically, drive new products and services, consolidate operations efficiently, introduce consumer-driven marketing, and improve profitability. Larry holds a M.S. degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a B.S. degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland.

Michelle Bowman

Michelle has an extensive background in healthcare, insurance, and entertainment. 

Michelle brings leadership experience from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She has 25 years of experience in Program Management, IT Software Development and defining Quality Assurance from the ground up.  Her responsibilities have covered IT software development, Program Management, security adherence including HIPAA and SOC2. She received her PMP in 2005 from the PMI institute and her Six Sigma Black belt in 2007 from General Electric.  She also received her Certified Tester Foundation Level from ASTQB in 2017.

David Owens

David is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of software engineering experience.

David brings comprehensive experience in software engineering, technical strategy, innovation, and leadership. In previous positions he has helped launch early-stage start-ups, late-stage start-ups mature their engineering process, and legacy organizations improve efficiency and reignite innovation. His career spans companies of all sizes across multiple markets with more than five years in the healthcare and health insurance industries. Dave has a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Colorado.
