Our social service professionals have served as leaders of large disability service companies and multiple trade associations. We have developed ten financial models for wage and benefit cost structures for the state, advocated successfully for disability legislation, and advised on policy implementation.
Our technology professionals have decades of experience designing, building, customizing and implementing technology solutions for Fortune 100 and nonprofit companies in a broad range of industries.

Alex Mountford
Chief Executive Officer
Alex is a leader who has spent his career firmly entrenched in the field of social services.
As the CEO of Manos Home Care and the President of the California Respite Society, Alex runs an employee-owned company with 2,500 direct care staff providing respite and personal assistance to over 2,100 people with disabilities throughout California. Digital innovation has always been a significant area of focus for Alex, shown by Manos’ ability to develop and implement cutting edge technology for its operations. Alex assumed the role of CEO of Tempo because of his belief in the ability to improve the life outcomes of people with IDD through web-based service outcome measures. His mission is to transform the disability services system towards an outcome-based system, and further towards a culture of care and empathy. Alex has BA in Psychology.
Lauren Rath
Chief Operating Officer
Lauren has more than 10 years’ experience holding leadership roles in companies serving people with disabilities.
Most recently, Lauren served as Chief Financial Officer of Manos Home Care, a company serving 2,100 people with disabilities. In this role she was responsible for the financial operations of the company, designing and managing the development of custom accounting software, rolling out new accounting service lines, and building financial models used by trade associations for advocacy. Lauren has a BS in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis in Computer Science.
Larry Gray
Business Development
Larry has an extensive background in health care and social services, technology, financial services, and learning applications.
After holding leadership positions in hospitals and medical centers, Larry became the CEO of three successful start-up companies. Larry has consulted with national organizations to position companies strategically, drive new products and services, consolidate operations efficiently, introduce consumer-driven marketing, and improve profitability. Larry holds a M.S. degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a B.S. degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland.
